We Charge a Retainer for Large Group Bookings and Custom Trips. In order to perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel, a retainer could be required on all tailor-made itineraries, destination weddings or honeymoons, as well as groups of 10 or more travelers, and it is non-refundable.
Why the retainer: While travel is my passion, it is also the way I make a living. My team and I have worked long hours planning trips for potential clients, who then decided to make their reservations online. When people call me to “pick my brain” for an hour or more and then self book based on my information, they are taking money from my pocket. I give each and every experience special attention. (SEE OUR REVIEWS) A typical 1 to 2 week trip takes about 30+ hours from start to finish to organize, and the work doesn’t end there. I tweak and perfect until the client travels and I monitor travel restrictions and requirements in this ever changing world. I am also available 24/7 for any emergencies if you booked your trip with me, throughout your trip. We don’t charge a retainer for simply adding you and or your friends or family, to a tour or guided group, cruise or experience with pre-determined dates and itineraries, or booking additional excursions. We will determine this during our exploratory online meeting or call.
